BWA riders journeyed to Rhosneigr, North Wales, last week for the first British Wavesailing Association event of the year. Unfortunately, the wind and waves did not follow and no official competition took place. However, that didn’t mean there was no fun to be had!
Check out this quick action clip from Alfie Hart…
From go karting to SUPing, freeriding to windSUPing on a giant SUP, quizzing and clinics, there was plenty going on for everyone over the five days. And, of course, the BWA managed to run a couple of super sessions very early on Saturday morning.
Stand out performers of the session were: Adam Lewis winning the pro super session and ‘schooling’ the other guys in small wave sailing/freestyle, Justyna Sniady who landed the forward of the day and Matt Cude who claimed the SurfAdviser Performer prize!
