Overall I strongly hope to focus more on the path of freestyle/wave sailing over that of racing as I find it a lot more fun and exciting. It was really good of the RYA to recognise the need for short boarding skills within this age group. It would be good if the RYA and BWA came together to develop a new pathway for shortboarding/freestyle as I felt it really helped my overall windsurfing and opened my eyes to the other parts of the sport. I really hope to visit Tiree again in the near future as it was an inviting place and an ideal location for windsurfing due to the beautiful beaches.
