Siver and Seadi on Fire

In an extraordinary single elimination Levi Siver has claimed victory in the single elimination of the JP Aloha Classic. Siver snatched victory from Seadi in the dying minutes of the heat, pulling out an unbelievable 360 to secure the win.

The JP Aloha Classic finalists

The final was stacked, with AWT winner Bernd Roediger and Morgan Noireaux both putting in outstanding performances to take third and fourth respectively.

The big story of course could be the early exits of the likes of Philip Koester, Ricardo Campello, Marcilio Browne, Alex Mussolini etc all usually right up there in the rankings have struggled in the tricky Hookipa conditions where local knowledge seemed to shine through. Only time will tell if they can all come back through the double…

On the British side of things many of the usual names maybe missing (although of course with the BWA in Cornwall taking place at the same time it’s hardly like they missed out on epic conditions!!!) John Skye and Robby Swift are there representing and putting in strong performances too. Swift lies in 13th and Skye in 17th, but without a doubt they can both come back through to chase at least a top 10 position.
