Maaike Huverman – Age 16
Maaike sailed heat after heat, after heat, to prove herself at the 2014 PWA event in Bonaire. And prove herself she did, finishing an incredible 2nd position. Coming back through two double eliminations Maaike went on to beat seasoned pro Arrianne Aukes into 3rd with a succession of powerful moves. Although she couldn’t quite take Lady SQ just yet we’re excited to see yet more battles between the top 3 women in the near future.
