WANTED! Watersports Instructors – Seasonal

UKSA are looking for seasonal Dinghy, Windsurf, Kayak and Stand Up Paddleboard Instructors to be part of our watersports team for the 2014 season.

Are you enthusiastic, hard-working, willing to learn and keen to inspire others? Love your watersports and the outdoor lifestyle? Then UKSA will be just the place for you.

UKSA is based in the heart of the sailing world. We aim to help people from all walks of life get out onto the water – from absolute beginners to students hoping to launch a career on the water.

You will be highly customer focused and provide Watersports customers with an exceptional experience.

Experience and Qualifications required

• RYA Dinghy Instructor – Essential

• First Aid qualification – Essential

• PBL2 qualification – Essential

• RYA Windsurf instructor, BCU Kayak instructor, Powerboat Instructor – Desirable

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Ability to motivate and educate afloat
