Once you’ve dialled in the carve up, next comes the moment you throw onto the sail and hope beyond measure that you don’t flop like a dead fish onto you sail and put your knee through it.

1. Punch forward and down super hard with you front hand. Don’t try to over complicate this part. Initially we’re just trying to get the sail to backwind and fling you off backwards.
