If you can flaka, or even just upwind 360 this part SHOULD be easy. Technique wise it is exactly the same, the hard part is that you will land at different points in the rotation and have to adapt, this will get easier the more you do as you get used to the different landings. Also if you land quite flat from quite high it can take the fluidness out the rotation, you almost stop and then the sail has too much power and becomes very hard to control. If this happens a lot you just need to keep your head and body going forward to encourage the nose down first.
It may feel at times a bit demoralising and that you won’t get there, but you will, don’t give up, once you make it and sail away like the hero you are you’ll realise it was all worth it!
