Scotty Stallman regularly sails at Weymouth, and under the guidance of the many talented windsurfers there has improved an incredible amount over the past few years. In the weekend winds he managed to clock up some very impressive speeds, hitting over 30 knots for the first time! Congratulations Scotty!
