“I can’t get enough of the Global. So far this summer and autumn it is the only board I have been riding. In real world Cornish onshore and side shore conditions at Gwithian, Marazion, Perran, Crantock and Watergate.
I do have the luxury of more than one board and being able to ride the boards I want to – and I decided to get the Global because I wanted an early planing, fast onshore board, mainly for jumping. But I was really surprised how well the board turned on the wave in backside conditions – and even more so that I have been using it in side shore down the line at Gwithian and it performs really well. I have actually only switched to the Naish Wave once – when the wind was side off and the waves were super clean with some size at The Bluff.
