ISA Speedsurfing Grand Prix Fuerteventura 2006 – Day 6
In heavy conditions with breaking waves on the course again Cyril Moussilmani (FRA, Fanatic, North) snatched the victory in front of Patrik Diethelm (ITA, F2, North) and Finian Maynard (BVI, F2). With Moussilmani, Diethelm and Arnon Dagan (ISR, Fanatic), who set a new Israelian Record again with a speed of 37.20 knots, three production board riders are ranked in the top five.
In the womens fleet Karin Jaggi (SUI, F2, North) got her second bullet in close racing in front of Allison Shreeve (AUS, F2) and Marion Raisi (FRA, Exocet).
In the overall ranking it stays thrilling in both the mens and womens fleet, as the victory is open to several riders.
The forecast for tomorrow will allow hopefully for two more rounds to be completed, giving the riders to discard their worst result.
