Good news for the riders – one extra entry ticket for each region!
Every region taking part in the Red Bull Storm Chase will receive one extra entry ticket. Feedback from windsurfers all over Europe and the high level of sailors who made it to the top five sent out a clear message.
The wish to grant a ticket to another rider for each country will be fulfilled. Therefore we will now see 22 instead of 11 riders at the start of the Red Bull Storm Chase this autumn. The winner of the online vote will chase the storm together with the runner up; they will share the camera team.
Red Bull’s reaction was positive, we will now not only see the most radical conditions and the best riders, but also twice the action!
