Your course details are as follows:

Friday:
10-am Start
10.30-am Rigging with Micah (Micah will go through board and sail tuning for different conditions)
12.00-am Practical with everyones kit on the beach (Rigging for the conditions of the day)
1.00-pm Lunch
2.00-pm basic Slalom Techniques (this will involve overtaking – speed and control – and gybing around marks)
3.00-pm Master blast series from the beach (putting into practice what we have leant from the day)
5.00-pm Question and Answer session on the patio of the Sand Banks Hotel
8.00-pm An evening with Micah at the Penn Centre Cafe and Bar (social drinks and DVD’s)

Saturday:
10-am Start
10.30-am Stance (high and low wind techniques – question and answer sessions)
1.00-pm Lunch 
2.00-pm JP / NeilPryde Master Blast UK Cup
6.00-pm – 8-pm Beach BBQ with Prize giving
