BLOC Design and Marketing executive Tom Simmonds from Inline UK Ltd of Billinghurst, West Sussex, a competent windsurfer himself, will be at Hove this weekend to enjoy the action and rub shoulders with some of the fastest slalom racers from Britain, France, Norway and Poland.
