But to give everyone a lift from their lethargy Event Sponsors Go Fast Energy Drinks threw in $750 for an Expression Session jump contest starting at Crossapol before moving to Balaphuil Bay

The outlook for solid swell is good for later in the week but previous forecasts of strong wind have been replaced with predictions of lighter air.

12.05 – It’s a shame but there really is no swell at all and so we can’t start competition despite the breeze being sufficient. Next call rolls on to 14.00.

In the meantime the riders are enjoying themselves with table football, DVD’s, Pool and table tennis at the An Talla community center and event HQ. The vibe is friendly and relaxed with the fleet all eating and hanging out together – a refreshing change from many events which are more scattered around.
