CLUBVENTOS BEACH SEARCH – FREE DVD

As revealed in our May issue, ClubVentos (of Jericoacoara fame) conducted a mega-expedition in December 2007 to discover Brazil’s next big thing. Their Beach Search involved riders such as Robby Swift, Kauli Seadi, Kevin Pritchard, Brawzinho, and Andre Paskowski, and covered over 300km of Brazil’s hidden beaches over 10 days.

From today, you can download the official Beach Search DVD from www.clubventosbeachsearch.com for free. Filmed by Peter Svensson, who produced ‘Committed’, it’s an adventurous travelling documentary containing plenty of A+ action from some of the world’s best riders. 

Icarazinho

Those who checked out the article in BOARDS will know that the Beach Search resulted in the discovery of Icarazinho – a virtually unknown bay around 100km from Jericoacoara, which is going to be home to ClubVentos’ second windsurf centre.

The plan is to have a new constructed exclusive centre ready in July 2009, but they’ll be kicking off this summer with a limited rental service operating from an existing beach front “pousada” (hotel). So you have the opportunity to try what the PWA stars recently discovered as a hidden pearl.

As mentioned on their home page, you’ll be able to split your  vacation between Jericoacoara and Icarazinho, and do the buggy ride between them, just like in the Beach Search – so you get two spots and an adventurous buggy ride in two weeks!
