Brighton Does White Air

The countdown has now started for the 2009 White Air Extreme Sports & Music Festival, which takes place from September 18th – 20th in Brighton.

After 12 successful years, this action packed festival heads to Brighton and will be held on Madeira Drive along the beach stretching east from Brighton Pier.

There will be over 35 different sports and events at the festival: Red Arrows, FMX, Surfing, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing, Thundercats, Jet Ski, Aquathlon, Triathlon, Running, Sailing, High Diving, Streetboarding, Mini Moto, SUP, Mountain Board, Skateboard, BMX, Slackline, Mountain Bike, Graffiti Street Wars, Parkour, Powerfan, Bocking, Trials Bike, Wakeboard, Ropeboarding, Beach Volley Ball, Mixed Martial Arts, Falcons Parachutes, Art, Digital DJ, Streetdance, Scuba Diving, Gliding, Climbing, Assault Course, Zip Wire, Kayak, Yoyoing, plus the amazing White Air Freesports Park and more!

The unique emphasis of the event is on audience participation, which means there will be numerous opportunities for visitors to ‘have a go’ and try out all the sports and activities.

And the weekend will feature two nights of great music on the live stage on Friday and Saturday.
