This year’s National Windsurfing Festival will take place at Hayling Island 5-6 Sept 2009.  Yes, this was the former Fat Face National Windsurfing Festival which has been so successful over the last 3 years. We are extremely grateful for their valued support to the event over the last 3 years.

So, what has changed? Well, not a lot really. The event organiser is still Allan Cross, with the valued support of the windsurfing industry and with the sole aim to deliver yet another awesome event for the windsurfing general public.

As we know this is the people’s windsurfing festival, being the only event which is geared exclusively toward the freeride sailor! So get it in your diaries.

Our Mission: “To deliver a non intimidating, fun windsurfing festival with great atmosphere that caters for all abilities of sailors”

The event website has all the information regarding the event and the option to enter online.  As entry will be on a first come first served basis, limited entrants of 350 competitors in total. Online entry is advised as the event was full by 20 August last year!

For further information and on-line entry go to – book early to avoid disappointment.
