Juice Boardsports organised a fun Raceboard evening event at Pugneys Country Park, Wakefield Wednesday 5th August.
This was the first in a series of Wednesday night fun races to encourage sailors to dig out their old longboards and come and sail what ever the wind strength. 12 Sailors turned out in the light summer winds and 2 races were started with the overall winner Mark Kay.
The next race is this Wednesday from 6pm
– short simple courses
– as many races as we can get in
– so turn up when you can.
There are 5 Demo boards and 4 Rigs available so if you don’t have a long board and fancy a go then just turn up.
