December the 5th and 6th brings the second event in the SWA Goya wave series to Cardiff University. Hosted in Porthcawl, a prime area for some awesome wavesailing, the students will represent their universities in the second of three gruelling wave competitions. With the series sponsored by Goya (and in association with the BWA) there is bound to be some top of the range demo kit to be seen, with the prospect of the series winner receiving some brand new Goya kit. For the current event, the Cardiff University sponsor Pura Vida Boardriders will no doubt supply some well earned prizes to the competitors and at prize giving allow the chance to check out their wide range of new and used windsurfing kit. 

As well as a weekend packed full of windsurfing, there is also the infamous Cardiff University Saturday night social to look forward to. With unlimited punch to drink and entry into Cardiff’s new rock bar Submission the night will soon kick off in true student style!
