SURF-TECH DEMO DAY

Demo weekend to be held at Crosby Marina and Local Coastal Venues on 2nd and 3rd November. There will
be kit available for use on the Lake and trips will be arranged to the coast,
weather permitting. Demo gear will include the NEW HYPERSONIC from STARBOARD along
with other STARBOARD models, AHD BOARDS, TUSHINGHAM, GAASTRA and SIMMER SAILS.
A speed course will be running on the day and for a small fee sailors can pit
themselves agains the clock. We will also be hosting the first HYPERSONIC CHALLENGE
to see who can post the fastest time . Due to the interest in this event we will
be operating a booking system so sailors will need to contact SURF-TECH prior
to the day. Prizes will be awarded to the winners.
Our resident instructor (uncle mike) will be on hand for any beginners or improvers
(wetsuits available). Our sponsored sailors will also be on hand to show how to
perform an array of freestyle tricks including: Flat water loops, Vulcans, Willly
skippers etc. Refreshents available through out the day. Easy, Free parking, showers
and tiolets on site. Saturday evening is party night, more details from SURF-TECH.
