Young windsurfer, Megan Kraft, signs to 4Boards! Find out more from her father Krafty…

Surfkraft and 4boards go way back with Bob and Stu from 4boards supporting Krafty during his UKWA formula and slalom race years, and subsequently retailing products that Krafty became involved promoting over the years.

With Krafty moving away from the brand representation role for Exocet and young Meg growing as a potential future windsurfing star in her own right, it wasn’t long before discussions regarding kit choices and sponsorship opportunities occurred.

Rewind the clock to when Krafty was a shop rider with 4boards and a connection with Tabou and Gaastra features pretty soon, so when it was suggested that 4boards would like to offer Meg a shop rider deal with Tabou and Gaastra’s stable mate Vandal it didn’t take too long to pin down the details.

Part of the deal of course would involve Krafty working with the team at 4boards once again, and also with Ross Williams and Jamie Hancock helping to promote the brands, as well as using the SUP equipment with his own SUP classes, introducing people both into the sport of Stand Up Paddleboarding and of course to the equipment offered by Tabou and Vandal.

Of course Krafty would be involved with the windsurf aspect and has already got involved with testing out various kit in a variety of conditions.

As for the title…. 4boards 4fun…. Draw your own parallels but for us, this shop is the provider of most excellent toys, the facilitator of fun…. Coincidentally we have 4 boards too 😉
