The PWA Fuerteventura event has come to a close with Jose ‘Gollito’ Estredo taking top honours in the men and Sarah-Quita Offringa reigning supreme in the women’s fleet. All week we’ve been following the journey of new boys on tour, Oscar Carmichael and Nic Hibdige, but how did the rest of the British guys do? 

Max Rowe and Andy ‘Bubble’ Chambers ended up in joint 16th position, which considering the unbelievable level of the top 20 is no easy feat. Oscar Carmichael took 25th position, with an injured Adam Sims taking 42nd along with Nic Hibdige.

With two more stops on the freestyle world tour, in the Netherlands and Sylt, solid results from Rowe and Chambers could leave them both with great rankings at the end of the year. Could they even break into the top 10? We will just have to wait and see!
