Over in Weymouth the ISAF World Cup continues and it is the UK’s Izzy Hamilton that leads at the moment, ahead of Bryony Shaw. Izzy has already proved herself as the best in the world at youth level, but she is now upping her game more and more and showing she has what it takes at senior level too.

Elsewhere in the UK the weather has been a little erratic to say the least, with fog and storms in the south west but brilliant sunshine around much of the rest of the country. So, wherever you are and whatever weather you get this weekend make the most of it!
