Fresh from his second place podium finish in Miami, Nick Dempsey has gone on to win the Buzios International Regatta in Brazil this weekend. Pictured above with Brazil’s Ricardo Santos (silver) and Portugal’s Joao Rodrigues (bronze) Nick said of the week “I had a great week of racing and I won the regatta. I’m really enjoying my training at the moment, it probably has something to do with sailing with the best guys in paradise every day! It’s been great racing with the boys out here- I can’t believe how windy this place is… it’s been 20-25 knots every day!”
It’s off to Palma next for Nick where he will re-join the British squad training for April’s Princess Sofia Regatta.
