National Windsurfing Festival has got underway, with record attendance this morning on Hayling Island. With registration out of the way the competittors quickly took to the waters for a first race, light winds to start with and slowly picking up as the sun started to breaks through the clouds. With just over 400 windsurfers taking part and attendance still rising, the atmosphere is building as the Roberto Ricci Cup is about to begin!
