With a string of awards already tucked away for their innovative ‘traceablility maps’, Rapanui are continuing to produce fresh designs with minimum impact to the environment. For 2012, the brand has pushed forward with some new innovations, including a new type of eco Fabric derived from Eucalyptus which has been billed “the most eco-friendly man-made fibre in the world.” As well as using friendly fibres, Rapanui are pressing on with their Eco-Labelling Initiative.
