The Tiree Wave Classic is back for yet another year, and this time it promises to be bigger and better than before. Not only will there be action on the water for all levels of competitor, there’s a full schedule of evening activities too…
COMPETITION
As we near the 2015 Tiree Wave Classic things are beginning to ramp up here at HQ. With a minimum total prize purse of £4,000 more is to win than has been in recent years. The Pro’s can expect some tough competition and with the added incentive of money prizes for up to 5th place (mens) and 4th place (woman’s) its all to play for. Will the quickening return? RYA SCOTLAND YOUTH CAMP
We are also happy to announce the return of last years RYA youth camp run By Robin Nicol. This was a huge success and will be running on Gott bay in front of our event HQ again this year.

EVENT VILLAGE
The Event village will be running from our Event HQ on Gott bay and will host a range of sports available to visitors. Windsurfing, surfing and paddle boarding, sand yachting, beach football and beach volleyball will be available to anyone interested in trying the sports that make Tiree so famous!
Stop in here in the morning to attend the daily skippers meeting at 9am, rent a surf board or find out about the events of the day!
NIGHTLIFE
The Tiree wave Classic is not just famous for its wind and waves! Many people visiting the island look forward to the nightlife events available during the week and 2015 will not disappoint! with live music throughout the week, a whisky tasting hosted by Kilkerran Distillery and the return of Colin Mcdermott for BIG Tuesday We are extremely excited! Also to look out for is the Island loved Carvery hosted by cobbled cow Tea room, A quiz night hosted by the Tiree Lodge Hotel and a promising Curry night hosted by Ceabhar Guesthouse & Restaurant!
