The wind’s back with a vengeance, and we’ve just heard from an elated Dave White after an epic session this morning on Southend’s ‘Ray’: “Where I’m going to break the World Record…” It seems conditions weren’t quite ideal – the wind slightly too westerly and not quite fully powered 6m weather (!) – but Dave’s really thrown down the gauntlet with a 47.3 knot max speed. Anyway, he’s off wavesailing now but full details will be posted on his website as soon as he makes it home…
