In windsurfing things can go from awesome to disaster in just a matter of seconds, so it’s always worth making sure you’re sailing with good friends around you to help out, as this video from Jony Price proves.

Jony was enjoying the epic conditions of Magheroarty until around 2 mins 45 in the video, when he hit the lip late and went down (Jony usually loves a big wipeout!), breaking his foot pretty badly. Luckily, with others around Jony made it safely to the shore and is now recovering over in Ireland.

Jony’s made a name for himself on the BWA so we’re gutted he’s off the water for the rest of the season, but know he’ll be back pushing harder than ever in 2016!
