Our next Windfest on Tour stop is scheduled for Fraserburgh on the 2/3 of August. A stunning part of Scotland it offers some beautiful beaches and epic conditions for windsurfers and kiting on both land and sea plus proper waves for surfers and SUP.
We will be working with the guys at www.synergykitesports.com plus other local clubs and businesses to develop a fun-filled weekend both on and off the water for enthusiasts and their families. We hope it is going to be windy (we have booked it), or at the very least we get some swell but failing that we are working on having hot tubs on the beach, zorbing and bouncy castles… that are supposed to be for the kids but…
About the Tour
Windfest on Tour days are gatherings of like-minded individuals coming together to share the stoke of our awesome sports. After three consecutive years of awesome events they are a way of the team of volunteers who to recharge themselves in preparation for a truly spectacular 2015.
The gatherings focus on the social-side of our sport, but we hope we can inject some friendly rivalry amongst and across disciplines to push ourselves to new levels. We also see them as a way of generating more publicity for us and the brands involved as we want to take the ethos and vibe of the Windfest to other locations and showcase it to a wider audience in an effort to make Windfest 2015 the most successful yet.
