The RRD and Ezzy Looping Lords and Ladies Challenge. a.k.a. The Triple L Challenge
SeaSprite Sports launched the ”Looping Lords and Ladies” Challenge on 6th March, with prizes for the highest loop photographed between 6th March and 19th June 2008.

Rule #2 stated that to be eligible you had to compete on the South Coast.
This rule has now been changed (by popular demand) so that to be eligible to compete the looping can take place anywhere in the UK, Ireland or the Channel Islands.
The reasons for this change include the high influence of healthy feedback e.g.
1. Irish sailors ”…we were going to do it anyway, to show how big the conditions are over here…”.
2. Northern Sailors said a lot about Southern Sailors which can’t be printed and
3. The Channel Island crew simply believe they are going to win…
We are also pleased to announce that Jonny Ginga Super Hero, has agreed to come out of retirement (or is that , out of hiding) as he is 100% sure that he will win (see photo).

The rules:
1. Photographic evidence is required as proof of the most insane high jump achieved and which must involve a loop.
2. You need to compete in the UK, Ireland or Channel Islands for the prize.
3. The challenge finishes at the end of sailing on the 19th of June and entries must be submitted to [email protected] by the 20th of June 2008.
4. SeaSprite Sports Managing Director, Wouter Ardern, has the final decision on the winning jump and photographs need to be of a decent quality to allow close comparison.
5. SeaSprite Sports reserve the right to use any submitted photographs for promotion purposes.
6. No loop, no prize, no matter how high you go.
