The dark horse of this competition, rising from an ever strengthening club at Birmingham University this little gem should not be overlooked.
Being one of the most enthusiastic windsurfers, ensuring she gets out on the water whatever the weather, Rosie’s popularity is growing as big as her smile.
Mixed in with that a bit of dry humour passed down from her Solent shredder sister Emma Bell – Rosie is certainly an all-rounder!
