Windsurf Round Britain – The Homecoming

After an incredible 3-month journey Jono Dunnett has finally completed his Windsurf Round Britain mission.

Jono was joined by brother Gregg and friend Clyde Waite for the final stretch of the journey that took him back into his starting spot of Clacton. Crowds of family, friends and supporters gathered on Clacton pier to welcome Jono back to shore. It was only a brief stop on land though, as the guys headed back out and round to the final final stop and then we think a few beers will be in order to celebrate tonight!

Jono’s become the first windsurfer to windsurf un-aided around Great Britain and despite a few scary moments he has achieved this in style! We’ll have more to come on Monday when we release a full interview with Jono.
