West Brothers, Silver Medallists!
Adam and Dexter West from Holsworthy have achieved a remarkable double, both winning Silver medals in the Royal Yachting Association National Youth and Masters Windsurfing competition. They competed in 7 races during the weekend at the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy (home of the 2012 Olympic sailing).
Adam (14) was second in the 5.5 metre open class and Dexter (11) was second in the 4.5 metre
open class. They were in a field of 45 competitors entered from the whole country. They add these medals to the team trophies that they won two weeks ago competing for the Tamar Tigers, becoming the 2005 South West Team Champions…
