Hibbard Breaks into World Top 4.

This weekend saw the second round of the PWA World Indoor Windsurfing Championships (see below reports). Staged at the Flanders Expo centre, the Samsung Mobile Indoor Windsurf saw crowds in excess of 5,000 packed into the specially constructed arena. 

The top names in windsurfing were in attendance and the competition was intense with action in Freestyle, Slalom and Jump.

John qualified through the trials event on Good Friday to gain a place in the main event. Sunday saw John reach the grand final  stages and after 3 solid jumps he placed 4th for the night and 5th overall in the Jump discipline for the competition seeing off challenges from Hawaiian Josh Angulo and indoor windsurfing legend Robert Teriitehau…
