Beach Manager Required:
start 1st March through to 31st October 2007We are looking for an experienced RYA Instructor who has preferably done seasons abroad with good windsurfing or kitesurfing skills, has a real passion for watersports and wants to be involved in running our windsurfing club and tuition centre at West Wittering. You will need to have good people skills and enjoy working with customers of all ages. You will be based on the beach at West Wittering where you and your team will be involved in looking after club members, organising tuition, taking bookings and dealing with rescue and safety.

You would be involved in the day-to-day running of the business – orders, website updating, despatch and customer enquiries. The position is full time and is suited to someone who has a passion for watersports, who is computer literate and is able to work on basic programs. You will need to be self-motivated and have a desire to develop new sales opportunities.
