FLY BVI Scheduled For Jan 2002

The winter version of the HIHO! Don’t miss it…

Spend a week boarding and sailing through the British Virgin Islands aboard
a captained yacht. Ocean Promotions, organizers of the annual Highland Spring
HIHO windsurfing & sailing adventure, have put together a kiteboard version
of their well-known Summer event. The inaugural FLY BVI event is scheduled for
Jan 6-13.

Based on the popular HIHO inter-island adventure concept FLY BVI will take
participants on a tour of the British Virgin Islands. The event will be staged
aboard captained 48ft catamarans provided by VPM Charters. FLY BVI will make
stops at the BVI’s best kite boarding locations including Eustatia Sound beside
the Bitter End, Anegada & Sandy Cay.

Joining FLY BVI will by Eli Fuller of Antigua. No stranger to the BVI’s, Fuller
has spent weeks sailing, windsurfing & kiting through the islands. He will
be on hand to offer kiteboarding instruction and tips. Summing up the week Fuller
explains, "My goal is to get beginners up and running and more advanced
boarders flying higher."

Like all HIHO events, FLY BVI isn’t just about boarding. Other activities will
include snorkeling, diving, kayaking, sailing & surfing. FLY BVI is ideal
for non-boarders too.!

All HIHO events are offered as all-inclusive vacations where one price covers
accommodations, all meals, drinks, parties, most activities, cruising tax and
a HIHO t-shirt. FLY BVI costs $1,795 and is limited to a maximum of three yachts.
