Extreme Holidays is a new tour operator offering all-year-round surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing holidays in the warm waters of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands.

With a central base in Caleta de Fuste, Extreme Holidays is ideally positioned exploit the surfing conditions which most suit each party’s own requirements. Each morning, fully qualified, British instructors check tidal charts and wind reports, before taking guests to a new beach in 4x4s for a day of adrenaline-driven excitement.

The Extreme Holiday self-catered package includes flights, luxury apartment accommodation, airport transfers, all new, branded equipment, and daily tuition with videos or guiding. The offering is a far cry the “surf camp” type break with very basic accommodation and local surf school lessons, often conducted in the local language, allotted on arrival.

Positioning themselves at the forefront of the extreme sports industry, Extreme Holidays will check out new activities as they develop before making them available to guests. The feasibility of night surfing and towing in are currently under investigation.
