Every customer who owns a Power XT / XTR / XTi or Needle XT with the defect of a slipping rope due to un-sufficient pressure onto the rope, will get free of charge a replacement part which prevents to rope from slipping through when operating the ratchet. The metal spring of this new part will apply enough pressure to the rope avoiding from slipping through.
