UKSA YOUTH WEEK / WHITE AIR EXTREME SPORTS FESTIVAL

Dear All,

Based over half-term this unique UKSA Youth Week is now in its sixth year
and a must for anyone interested in taking Youth WINDSURFING
(wave/freestyle)and KITESURFING to a new level. If you know of any
budding Youths then please pass on the information.

* 2003 Youth Week Confirmed

For the sixth year the prestigious UKSA Youth Week has now been confirmed
once again for 2003 as part of the legendary White Air Extreme Sports Festival.

* Top level training and competition

A fantastic opportunity consisting of top level training/contest for all
youths 19yrs and under. Entry is limited and open to all windsurfers and
Kitesurfers. The course is designed for intermediates onwards and
accommodation will be based at the UKSA Sailing Academy which has superb
centre in Cowes catering for a huge range of watersports.

* Pushing the limits of Youth competition and a chance to meet the stars

Designed to push the limits of youths on the water under the guidance of
the prestigious UKSA Academy and some of the Worlds top Stars!

World Cup trainers and ‘Star’ celebrity sailors are always in attendance
at White Air for the UKSA Youth Week. In the past some of the very top
names in the sport have been helping out. World Champions Karin
Jaggi, Francisco Goya and Nik Baker plus top International Kitesurfer and
Champion Wavesailor Danny Seales, Ben Hambury and Kirtsy Jones, John Skye,
Chris Audsley plus many more have all put themselves out to be on hand at
the UKSA Youth Week as part of White Air, helping advance the sports
directly to the new generation of youths with the passion and unrivalled
experience that can only come from the best in the World.

* A chance to use all the latest equipment

All the latest gear inc boards, sails, and rigs will be on hand full time
for the UKSA Youth Week competitors to use compliments of youth sponsor
partners F2/Arrows

* Sponsored Entry fee includes

All accommodation at the prestigious UKSA Academy, food(3 meals a day),
pick up from the Wightlink Ferry terminal at Portsmouth, training,
contest, (light wind surfing option), prize night, live groups party,
lectures, prize talks, ferry travel, pick-up from and delivery to the
beach and a chance to quiz the stars!

* Free introductory lessons on site

Plus for spectators/friends/family FREE introductory lessons in
kitesurfing, windsurfing, and Mountain Boarding throughout the White Air
festival..all you need to know about equipment, courses, and job
opportunities with the UKSA Sailing Academy

* UKs largest festival including Demo/Trade marquees

Huge trade marquees on site with all the latest equipment from the sports
of, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Surfing, Zapcat Power Boats, Mtboarding,
Skateing, BMX,
* Schedule

Saturday 25th; Pick-up from Wightlink IOW Car Ferry Portsmouth terminal.
The UKSA will meet you, transfer all the gear in trailers, and take you
over to the IOW for a briefing at the UKSA Sailing Academy. After lunch
you will then go straight to the beach and out windsurfing and
kitesurfing. There will also be a light wind surfing option each
day. Then back to the UKSA for dinner.

Evening entertainment; there is something on every night and there a huge
range of options from bowling and cinema to a great gym, live music and
live bands all under the guidance of the UKSA.

Sunday 26th ; Breakfast and then down the beach by 10am for a full day on
the water.

Evening entertainment will include a talk by one of the Stars and include
a fun prize contest.

Monday 27th; On the beach by 10am! Tuition plus a competition on the water.

Evening entertainment will also include another tuition/talk show plus
other options later.

Tuesday 28th; On the beach by 10am! Tuition plus a competition on the water.

Evening will have the prize giving at the White Air festival and include
live bands.

Wednesday 29th; You will be taken back to the ferry by the UKSA trailers.
