Breaking 30 knots…

Weymouth Speed Week also kicked off at the weekend, with light winds down south as well as up in Tiree. Competition has of course still been running, with some impressive speeds coming through considering the wind strength. Check out the video from day one, and more details and results below…

It’s Ant Baker that is currently occupying the top spot, managing to get over 30 knots in the light winds, but Si Cofield and friends are hot on his heels. We hope that the wind will materialise later in the week to really test all the riders.

At the weekend the youth part of the competition also took place, with Tom Wells taking top honours! Well done Tom!

Want to know more about Tom? Check out more on the young rider here.

Youth winners, Tom, Henry and Ben.
