How Long To Forward?

The forward loop is one of the moves, if not the move, that takes you up to the next level of windsurfer. Some people can master it in just a few hours, whilst for others it’s a life long battle. But how long did it take the BWA competitors?

Adam Lewis, stalled forward in Rhosneigr.

Will Barrett – a day.

James Cox – one month.

Mike Archer- couple of months.

Ben Proffitt – a couple of runs, when I was 22.

Adam Lewis – a day.

Sam Neal – a day.

Matt Cude – 3 -4 weeks on flat water.

Phil Horrocks – one hour.

Justyna Sniady – 3 weeks – doing 40 every day!

Tris Levie – a couple of months.
