Gybing is hard, a tricky skill to master especially when you are just learning.

Now imagine being a kid and learning to windsurf with Taty Frans, except this is no ordinary kid. Theo has been diagnosed with cancer, only has one arm and has recently travelled to Bonaire to enjoy windsurfing and the island with new friends.

Truly remarkable and puts things into perspective a little doesn’t it?

“Hi all, Theo is the boy name sorry i didn’t mention it before, today we toke him on a speed boat with his family and made him taken control of the boat, he did good and it was one of his last thing he really wanted to do, before leaving Bonaire to fly back to Curaçao, I am proud and great full to have met this great energetic kid, just at 9 years old and with so much to give I am happy you are happy THEO.. You came to Bonaire to meet and windsurf with me and you met me but what you have showed me I will never forget. You are a true inspiration.”
