Calling all RYA clubs to become involved int he 2013 support programmes; this is your opportunity to help your club succeed in the coming years.
As the autumn approaches we know that clubs are planning their 2013 summer programme and looking further ahead. At the RYA and within the RYA Regional Teams, we are also looking at how we can support you with best practice and advice, to help you prosper in difficult economic times and flourish over the next 5, 10 and 15 years.
We are here to help. During the winter period we will be delivering a series of sequential Club Workshops across England. These workshops will last for two and a half hours each and will offer you the opportunity to hear about best practice, allow you to share ideas and give you ideas on how to move ahead with positive actions.
How can you get involved? Please look through the workshop and assign two of your relevant committee members within the club to attend each of the workshops. Numbers are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
The bulk of the workshops will be delivered as evening workshops except for the first weekend in December where they will be delivered as an RYA Club Conference. Arrival is from 9:30am, the Conference will start at 10:00am and finish at 4:00pm. The day will include a guest speaker – there are various titles for these talks – check with your region.
