Today didn’t quite deliver the conditions needed for any more competition, but plenty of sailors got on the water, including the Team15 riders who are here all week too. Later tonight will be a ‘Meet the Pros’ evening where the Team15’s will have the chance to catch up with the top competitors and learn from all their experience. With the forecast not looking ideal tomorrow the pros will then be offering more on water coaching for the Team15 riders and the rest of the fleets, before it’s (fingers crossed!) back on with the action on Wednesday!

The conditions haven’t quite come through on day three of the competition here at the Tiree Wave Classic. The wind is light and the waves smaller than yesterday so it isn’t yet good enough for any official competition. With that in mind the organisers are using this opportunity to run some pro coaching sessions and this afternoon the pro riders will be heading to Gott Bay to catch up with the 20+ kids here for the team 15 week too!

It is day three here at the Tiree Wave Classic and it is another day where we are scheduled for the Maze. The wind is blowing a little today so we will be straight down to the beach for a 10.00 am briefing and looking to get on the water asap to finish the pro men’s competition.
Catch up on the round-up from yesterday’s action right here, we have four men left in the hunt for the sword: Andy Chambers, Ross Williams, Adam Lewis and Ben Proffitt. With Proffitt and Lewis leaving tomorrow they are all the more keen to get competition underway…
Also, the day two video with all of the single elimination action is up, check it out below.
Competition is running today at the Maze. 10.00am Skippers briefing at the judges trailer on the beach. In the event…
