As the final stop of the 2015 BWA Tour, the Cornwall Wave Classic appeared to pull a rabbit out the hat when it came to the conditions. In the fast peeling lefts, the event saw the biggest ever pro attendance with 16 of the UK’s finest entering the fleet.
With the likes of PWA pros Ben Proffitt, Adam Lewis and more all mixed in with a scattering of local sailors, including Andy King, the fleet was set to rock the same location as the incredible finalé of the 2014 Red Bull Storm Chase.
In the end it was a great day for team Gaastra/Tabou who took the two top spots with Jamie Hancock coming second and Ross Williams securing first place. If you missed it we caught up with Williams soon after the comp was over, read the short interview here.
