Good Looking Rob Breaks Solent Speed Record
Solent Sailboards on Going Speed Challenge that up and till Sunday the 27 of June Stood at 38.6 Mph, was Broken finally by local hero and shop sales assistant Rob Stack. Stepping up to the plate on the Sunday, Rob Managed a mind blowing (GPS Verified 40.8 knots) (47mph).
With wind speeds bouncing between 20 – 33 knots and armed with a 2004 Naish Evolution 5.6 and Naish Hybrid 89 lt, it was truly an awesome achievement.
We at Solent Feel that he could have gone a little faster had he not been hindered with his long golden locks. Rob had been trying to achieve 40 mph for ten months.
Nice one Rob.
