One of the greatest things about windsurfing in the UK summer is the incredible amount of demo days, weekend events and more that are going on. Almost every weekend, somewhere in the country, there will be some sort of event running that almost any level of windsurfer can attend. Last weekend it was the turn of H20 Sports in Poole to host a demo and from the report we’ve received it seems like it was a great weekend for everyone!!!
One thing is certain, H2O Sports demo weekend DELIVERS. Why? The answer is simple great hosts, amazing location and all the leading watersport brands in UK at one spot! A fantastic event for the whole family – not only for water mad enthusiasts.
Every year the guys from H2O put on an event full of opportunities to hook up with top industry members, use all the current equipment from chosen brands, try windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP and kayaking. It’s truly is a great family time out and you do not have to be just a windsurfer to appreciate it.
H2O Sports, along with Easy Riders and The Watersports Academy, give the public a chance to use all the equipment available, they advise people on the right kit and give all necessary support to all those who are willing to get out on the water and get wet.
The two day event is also a chance to catch up with “legends” like Nik Baker, Dave White, Andy ‘Bubble’ Chambers or Farrel O’Shea; gossiping can be as much fun as windsurfing and a blast across the bay! It looks like we have some exciting products coming up soon; hopefully some of them will be available in future demos this year.
Along with taster sessions participants could try their skills at Fun SUP Racing with support from BSUPA and Easy Riders, and if you still have energy Coast hosted a BBQ along with very chilled party on Saturday eve.
This was simply an AWESOME weekend with a great atmosphere at the beach and good weather… What else do you need?
