Sail size
Always take a sail that that will get you out back. The bigger the waves the lighter the wind will be on the inside but the more it will generally be on the outside. So the best thing is to take a sail that you can pump on to the plane on the inside, then you will be well powered when riding. If you take anything too big then you are going to be flying off the back of the wave because 99% of the time there is normally more wind on face of the wave.
