Crazy Austrians Alex Springenschmidt and Klaus Wolfsberger (who BOARDS readers will remember from their articles on windsurfing, surfing and/or snowboarding in Morocco, Etna and Bali) plan to cross New Zealand from north to south by public transport, helicopter, Cessna, horses, ATBs, and, of course, windsurfers. The spare-time action will be surfing and windsurfing at the raddest breaks, windsurfing with whales, and helicopter snowboarding in ‘sick’ backcountry.
